Ha Wei is an Associate Professor and Associate Dean of Education of the Graduate School of Education and a Research Associate at the Institute of Economics of Education, Peking University. He received his Ph. D in public policy at the Kennedy Schol of Government at Havard University. His main research area is Education Economics.
