LIN Yifu, Professor of Economics and Honorary Dean of NSD at Peking University, is Dean of ISSCAD and also Dean of the Institute of New Structural Economics. He has served as Chief Economist and Senior Vice President of the World Bank. His research areas are agricultural economics, development economics, and Chinese economic reforms. He received PhD in Economics from the University of Chicago.
