LI Qiang is Professor of Political Philosophy at the School of Government at Peking University. He also serves as Director for Development Planning Department of Peking University. His major research areas are western political philosophy and political problems in modern China, and he teaches on constitutional liberalism and state construction. He received his PhD in Political Science from the University of London.
