YANG Zhuang is Professor of Management and Co-Dean of BiMBA at the National School of Development at Peking University. He received MPA in International and Public Affairs from the Woodrow Wilson School of Public and International Affairs of Princeton University, and his PhD in Management from Columbia University. His major research areas are management, global leadership and organizational behavior.
